To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please review our policies below.
1. Check-in / Check-out
- Check-in: 15:00 onwards
- Check-out: until 11:00
If you plan to arrive later in the evening, please let us know in advance — we’ll be happy to arrange your smooth late check-in.
2. Reservations & Payments
- A valid reservation is required for all stays
- Payment terms will be communicated during booking
- We reserve the right to cancel bookings in case of invalid or incomplete information
3. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair as possible:
Up to 30 days before arrival
You will receive a full refund (100% of the total amount paid).Up to 15 days before arrival
You will receive a 50% refund of the accommodation cost
(Please note that service fees are non-refundable)7 days before arrival or less
Reservations are non-refundable
4. Guests
- Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the apartment
- Maximum occupancy must be respected (Aphrodite: 3, Obsidian: 2, Pirates’ Lair: 4)
5. Quiet Hours
- Please respect quiet hours from 23:00 to 07:00
- Loud noise, parties, or events are not allowed
6. Smoking Policy
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments
- Guests may use outdoor areas where permitted
7. Damages
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay
- Any damages must be reported immediately
8. Cleaning
- The apartment must be kept in a reasonable condition
- Cleaning services may be provided depending on the length of stay
9. Safety & Responsibility
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings
- We are not liable for loss, theft, or accidents within the property
10. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a stay in case of violation of the above policies.
